THANK YOU to all of our generous Friends and Visionaries.
"JFSA was my life raft during these difficult few years. I was ashamed to ask for help. I felt like a failure. But they made me feel like a human being. They treated me with respect and they had faith in my potential. They understood what I needed and they guided me so that I could achieve it.” - Doron JFSA helped Doron navigate his way through his new life, providing him with legal advice in his custody dispute, helping him find a second job to pay for the extra expenses and educating him on the ins-and-outs of his newly adopted country. They spoke his language and understood his challenge. Asking for help is the hardest thing for anyone to do. We understand this. | |||||||||
We hope you enjoy our new ways of telling stories. Baynaynu is a collection of stories told by JFSA clients - some of the names have changed to honour client privacy.
Translated from Hebrew, baynaynu means “between us”. The new name is meant to convey the trust and integrity shared between JFSA and our various stakeholders - clients, donors, community partners and supporting agencies.
